A 'sensor fault' alert usually means one of your door/window sensors has lost connection. Here's how to fix it: 1. Check which zone is showing the fault (the panel should display a zone number) 2. Go to that door/window and check if the sensor is still firmly attached 3. If the sensor has a battery, replace it (CR2032 is most common) 4. Open and close the door/window firmly to re-trigger the sensor 5. Clear the fault: go to your panel and press [Arm/Disarm] to reset If the fault persists after replacing the battery, the sensor may need replacement — I can schedule a tech visit. Did that fix it?
